Delivery & Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days. Subsequently, delivery is estimated to take 3-7 business days.
Our operations are active Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Areas

We currently ship exclusively using Amazon's fulfillment and logistics network to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States.

Please note that delivery to PO Box addresses may not be available through this shipping method.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied during checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with the state and local tax regulations of your delivery location.

Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has not yet entered the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible at service@eunagoods.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours on business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information and a link to monitor the delivery status of your package.
